HOW TO USE:
Shake cleanser well before each time before dispensing. Dilute cleanser with several drops of water in your hand or lash brush before applying to lashes. After each application of lash & brow mousse, rinse eyes thoroughly with water to remove any excess residue from your lash extensions.
